Business Development Manager (Sydney) – Trade & Commercial Partnerships

Blind Elegance is growing in Sydney and we're looking for a relationship-led BDM / Sales professional
who can
bring an existing network
and generate opportunities through trusted contacts (not reliant on inbound leads).
This is a commission-only role with strong upside for self-generated projects.
This role suits someone who already sells into
trade and/or commercial projects
and wants strong operational support behind them (quoting, samples, install delivery).
What you'll do
* Activate and grow your existing network across
Sydney
* Build partnerships and generate opportunities in channels such as:
builders/developers, interior designers/specifiers, commercial fitout & project teams, hospitality (hotels/venues), childcare/education, healthcare, facilities/property/strata
* Manage pipeline from introduction → quoting → close (supported by our team)

What we're looking for
* Proven BDM/sales experience in a related industry (construction, building products, interiors, fitout, facilities, etc.)
* Existing Sydney network
that you can activate immediately (one or more channels above)
* Strong follow-up habits and pipeline discipline
* Professional presentation and communication
* Driver's licence and ability to travel across Sydney
