As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Metal Fabricator / Welder (First Class) to join our experienced team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components using appropriate welding techniques.
Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding to required standards and tolerances.
Measure, cut, and shape metal materials using hand tools and fabrication machinery.
Ensure all welding and fabrication work meets quality and safety requirements.
Operate and maintain workshop equipment and machinery safely.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications Experience Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (or equivalent qualification).
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in metal fabrication and welding.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding across various metals (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures.
