About the Role:
We are seeking Support Workers to join our Community Care services team. As a key member of our team, you will share your knowledge and experience to assist in the support of aged care and disability clients.
You will deliver high-quality services to clients through various activities, including domestic assistance, social supports, medication assistance, personal care, and supporting clients to achieve their personal goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. A strong ability to work independently and provide safe services in client homes or within the community;
2. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on supporting consumers to build independence and exercise choice and control over their daily lives;
3. The capacity to use digital systems effectively;

Certification Requirements
•Certificate III or higher in a relevant qualification;•2012 months industry experience.
