Job Title
A Patient Transport Officer is sought to provide a safe and effective, efficient transport service to/from the Illawarra Local Health District and other facilities.
This role involves delivering a high level of customer focus service for a diverse range of clientele including patients, clients, general public and staff members throughout the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide a safe and effective, efficient transport service to/from the Illawarra Local Health District and other facilities.
* To deliver a high level of customer focus service for a diverse range of clientele including patients, clients, general public and staff members throughout the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
Requirements:
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence
* Current Recognised First Aid Certificate/ Senior First Aid Certificate
