Your Role
* Provide exceptional client service by greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and emails, and communicating professionally with clients, families, and referrers.
* Coordinate clinician diaries to ensure efficient scheduling, high utilisation, and smooth daily workflows across the team.
* Manage invoicing and client billing with accuracy, including processing payments and supporting timely communication with referrers and providers.
* This role is suitable for candidates wanting 24 to 32 hours per week.
* Complete account reconciliation within Xero.
* Assist with social media and marketing campaigns.
* Assist the Practice Manager with business administration and compliance tasks.
Criteria
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
* Experience using medical practice management systems, such as Splose, Best Practice, Cliniko and Medipass.
* Experience with Medicare and NDIS billing
* Prior experience in managing appointment books and invoicing of clients,
* A proven history or working with XERO accounting software. Experience with booking keeping duties highly desirable.
* Previous experience working as a medical or audio typist would be desirable.
* Proven history of leading a team in the workplace.
