This is a full‑time role located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Solution Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting QNAP's end‑to‑end process including presales, partner enablement, and post‑sales support across Australia and New Zealand. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, driving solution adoption through strategic engagement with system integrators (SI), managed service providers (MSP), and enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
* Lead technical response for bids and RFPs, deliver technical validation, competitive positioning, and PoC process.
* Prepare solution briefs, architecture diagrams, and technical pitch decks tailored to vertical use cases.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to convert opportunities into successful deployments.
* Act as an escalation point to provide the first level of customer window for technical issue resolution consultation and guide customers through service procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Provide strong customer service orientation, assisting customers with technical issue investigation, and devising solutions to enhance product performance.
* Support after‑sales technical support and monitor Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) cases.
* Collaborate with Product and Service teams to administer post‑sales support for customers.
* Coordinate with HQ support and R&D teams for escalated technical issues.
* Develop and deliver advanced technical enablement sessions for partner engineers.
* Create and maintain ANZ‑specific technical documentation.
* Perform system configuration, testing, and evaluation, address technical documentation and maintain the process and quality of document launches.
