Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.To do a outstanding job, you'll need:Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our valuesExperience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handlingExperience with PEG feeding, catheter care and bowel care a bonus but not necessaryGreat patience and willingness to build rapport with clientsEnthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great livesCommitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionalsFull driver's license and willingness to drive clients' vehicleWillingness to work varied shifts; sleepovers, day support including community access, in-home evening support with home duties requiredCommitment to ongoing shifts (more than twice weekly)We are looking to support clients based in BallaratPlease note: When you apply, you will receive an email asking you for some further details - please look out for it!
