Eastern suburban legal practice seeks an experienced Commercial Practitioner (minimum 4 years post-qualified) to assist with:
1. Sale and purchase of small businesses
2. Leases and general contractual advice
Experience in Family Law and Conveyancing/Property Law would be an advantage but is not required.
The position is part-time (minimum 3-4 days per week) with flexible hours. The practice offers hybrid employment from either of our two suburban offices. The successful applicant will work with an experienced, friendly, and well-supported team.
The busy practice also involves auditing and managing legal practices under external administration, which may provide some exposure to this challenging work.
Remuneration will be based on experience.
Familiarity with Leap software is a plus.
