Job Description:
The Senior Procurement Specialist will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies across multiple categories, focusing on delivering cost savings, enhancing supplier performance, and supporting the company's overall procurement objectives.
This role requires advanced analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and strong influencing skills to develop and implement end-to-end sourcing strategies that align with the organisation's long-term objectives, driving cost savings, quality, efficiency, and value.
The successful candidate will execute formal RFPs, evaluate bids, and present award recommendations to stakeholders, identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and strategic spend management, build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers, monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships that support business goals.
