Change Management Specialist
The successful candidate will develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive digital transformation within the organization.
The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure change plans are aligned with the organization's goals, as well as participating in agile ceremonies to identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver fit-for-purpose change plans.
* Conduct change impact analysis to assess the size and scope of changes for each initiative.
* Identify stakeholders impacted by digital transformation and design targeted communication plans.
* Manage and collaborate with key resources to plan and conduct training activities.
This is a full-time fixed-term contract opportunity.
Requirements
* Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CMBoK), Organizational Behaviour/Development or Psychology.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFE).
* Agile change agent/management certifications desirable.
* Tertiary education in Change Management, Business Administration or a related field desirable.
* Proven experience leading change management initiatives within a complex context.
* Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments.
* 5+ years experience conducting change impact analysis and developing change plans.
