Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service while staying organised and efficient? We are a 100% Australian-owned and operated wholesale and manufacturing company, and we're on the hunt for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Administration Officer superstar

As part of our supportive and team-oriented team, you'll be working closely with our Sales and Dispatch teams to provide vital administrative support and help streamline our operations. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking, this is the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Order Management: Accurately enter customer orders and invoices into our system
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional support to both customers and internal teams, building strong relationships with suppliers and clients
- Office Support: Answer phone calls and monitor our shared sales inbox to ensure smooth communication
- Delivery Management: Oversee courier and freight transport deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Organisational Support: Scan, file, and manage daily paperwork to keep our administrative systems in order

About You: To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

- Previous Experience: A background in customer service or administration, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both with customers and team members
- Proactive Attitude: A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn and take on current challenges
- Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. Experience with Myob and Neto is a bonus but not essential.
- Team Player: The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a small, friendly team environment
