Role Overview
We are seeking empathic and committed individuals to join our organization as AOD Practitioners, based in a supportive environment.

* Provide counselling and case management to people impacted by addiction.
* Help clients set and achieve personal recovery goals through practical and therapeutic support.
* Collaborate with housing, justice, mental health and other services to ensure holistic care.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role you will need:
* Relevant degree with relevant experience; or associate diploma with substantial experience; or qualifications in more than one discipline; or less formal qualifications with specialized skills sufficient to perform at this level.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in complex case management and outreach support services.
* Demonstrated experience to support junior staff.
* Experience with client advocacy and working in partnership with others.
