You know that quality matters and that delivering results requires a great team.In this role, you'll :Competently operate trucks primarily designed for the haulage of materials.Tow any trailers that their vehicle is rated to tow.Operate a HIAB or similar truck mounted crane.Undertake any of the duties of a Bridge Worker as and when required.This position operates on a 9-day fortnight.We are seeking applicants that reside within a 100 km radius of the Fernbank Creek works depot or are willing to relocate.
There will be times when you will be required to work outside of normal working hours and away from home, including occasional night shifts.We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver capable of working under limited supervision, with experience in maintaining a safe and injury-free workplace in a fast-paced environment.
You should be familiar with the Chain of Responsibility (COR) and have experience in heavy haulage.In this role, you will have :White CardLabouring experience in Bridge work construction or civil environmentElevated Work Platform (EWP) certification - preferred but not essentialExperience and certification in operating a Truck Mounted Crane (HIAB) will be advantageous; on-the-job training will be provided.
