Shop Manager
We're looking for a dedicated Shop Manager to join our growing team.
Location
Pacific Werribee Shopping Centre; Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029 (preferred)
Pay & Hours
Pay: $30.00 per hour (to be discussed during the interview).
Hours: 30+ hours per week (no less than 30 per week) with growth opportunities.
Monthly sales bonus scheme.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years retail store management experience
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Passion for building bricks and toys
- Excellent customer service focus
- Reliable, organised, and sales-driven
- Fluent English (required)
- Driver licence (required)
- Work authorisation: Australia (required)
- Willingness to travel: 100% (preferred)
