The Role
We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Subcontractor Sales team at E1. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be part of a tight‐knit team that meets daily to share updates and keep momentum high. Each day you'll receive a steady stream of leads to qualify, progress through the pipeline, and convert into long‐term customers.
You'll own the full sales journey, building strong relationships with subcontractors, managing objections with confidence, representing E1 with credibility and care, maintaining a sharp, organised pipeline, sharing market insights, and contributing to a sales culture that thrives on collaboration and results.
Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Proactively qualify inbound and outbound leads, tailoring your approach to customer needs.
* Manage a pipeline of opportunities across multiple stages with discipline and focus.
* Drive new business through consultative selling and industry knowledge.
* Collaborate in daily team meetings and internal catch‐ups to share insights, strategies, and support.
* Keep accurate CRM records and provide feedback to help us continuously improve.
About You

* You have a strong ability to grasp new things quickly, including industry, technology, etc.
* You have strong organisational skills.
* You're a self‐starter with a willingness to work as part of a small, dedicated, and fun team.
Bonus Points If You Bring
* Experience in SaaS, tech, or the construction industry.
* Familiarity with CRMs (we use Salesforce).
* A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to stay composed and constructive when facing objections.

Salary Range
This role offers a $70,000 base salary, plus superannuation and a generous uncapped commission structure, taking OTE to around $120K and beyond.
