About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage our office operations in Coffs Harbour.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where no two days look the same. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Support team, engineers, project managers, and senior leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing front-of-house operations, including reception, calls, inbox, and client visits
* Coordinating meetings, catering, and travel arrangements
* Providing engineering and project support, including proposal development, tender responses, and project record-keeping
* Liaising with our central Accounts team on invoicing, receipting, and client billing queries
* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, team events, and internal initiatives
* Contribute to continuous improvement in our Business Support systems and processes
* Champion WHS by maintaining a safe and tidy workplace
