* A background in gaming and wagering is a plus, but not required
* Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
* Advanced knowledge of communication tools, such as Intercom or similar platforms
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* An analytical mind and problem-solving skills
