About the role This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Multi-Site Manager to lead high-performing luxury stores. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you will balance hands-on sales leadership with strategic oversight, driving both individual and store performance while delivering an unforgettable customer journey. What you will do * Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers and senior team members across three locations. * Deliver elevated luxury customer experiences, including styling appointments and VIP client engagement. * Drive sales performance through personal sales, team development, and commercial strategy. * Maintain impeccable brand standards across VM, presentation, and service. * Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients. What you will bring * Proven experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally across multiple sites. * A strong personal sales background with confidence working with VIP clients. * Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop leaders. * A passion for styling, tailoring, and delivering highly personalised service. * Commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
