Schedule: Monday to Friday
Additional Hours: Regular overtime available, paid with applicable penalty rates
Job Security: Solid pipeline of ongoing work
Pay Cycle: Weekly pay – every Thursday

Opportunity
The Boilermaker/Welder will conduct fabrication and welding duties in the maritime industry, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement. They will maintain safety and a clean, productive work environment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct fabrication and welding/boilermaker duties as directed.
* Understand and accept the assigned task.
* Show ownership and respect for tools and equipment.
* Complete tasks in full and to the required standard.
* Assist with other trade-based sectors during periods of reduced trade specific work.
* Understand, accept, and deliver the quality standards.
Essential Qualifications
* Trade qualification – Welder/Fabricator, Boat builder or Boilermaker.
* Previous experience in Boilermaking/Welding in heavy industry.
* Ability to attain welding qualifications to Survey Body level standard.
* Capable of performing work in a safe and acceptable manner.
* Demonstrate adequate theoretical knowledge.
* Ability to use standard tools and equipment related to the trade.
* Good time management skills and ability to meet set targets.
* Construction White Card.
Desirable Qualifications
* First Aid, EWP and Forklift Certification.
* Previous experience in Boilermaking/Welding in the Marine Repair industry.
