Your new Role:
Join our Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team at PAH as a Senior Social Worker, delivering high-quality, evidence-based social work and mental health services. You will work within a dynamic interprofessional team to provide exceptional patient care, contribute to service development, and lead quality improvement and clinical education initiatives. This role also involves monitoring and evaluating work practices to support continuous advancement in social work and mental health care.
