The Role
Our finance and administration team is based in Goulburn. We are seeking a proactive and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks. As we are a small team, there is no current pathway for upward promotion within this role.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* General day-to-day administration
* Accurate data entry across company systems, including:
* Employee Timesheets
* Fuel usage for a large vehicle fleet
* Assisting with processing company creditors
* Maintaining effective communication with:
* The Goulburn office team
* Project teams at Badgerys Creek
* Construction staff on project sites
* External stakeholders and suppliers
What We're Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Previous experience in accounts payable (advantageous but not essential)
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks within established timeframes
* A willingness to be helpful and a strong 'team player' with a "lets get in and get the job done" attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive self-starter who can also work independently
