* Drive Key Processes: Play a central role in monthly reporting, general ledger close, and leading the annual and 5-year planning and forecasting cycles.
* Lead & Improve: Take charge of enterprise-wide finance programs, manage investment performance tracking, and continuously seek to improve reporting processes and tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.
* Partner & Influence: Act as a key finance partner, delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels, including preparing management and Board presentations.
This is a permanent full-time position based in either Sydney, Adelaide or Bendigo. We offer hybrid work options that put our people first.

* Have a deeply analytical and data-driven mindset, with a proven talent for translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
* A strong grasp of management accounting methodologies, accounting concepts, and the ability to interpret and implement accounting standards.
* Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise your workload and consistently meet deadlines.
* A background in Banking and Finance, with a history of challenging and improving processes, and experience in handling raw data.
