Christmas Display Solutions is one of Australia's leading and fastest‐growing providers of commercial Christmas displays, festive installations, and seasonal experiences.

With more than 700 installations delivered annually across Australia, we partner with shopping centres, councils, public spaces, corporate environments, and commercial clients to create memorable festive experiences at scale.

As our Hire Solutions division continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Sales & Business Manager to lead sales growth while coordinating the successful delivery of projects across Australia.

This is a leadership role offering significant autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in the future growth of the business.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Directors, the National Sales & Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating the successful delivery of projects across Australia.

This role combines commercial leadership with operational excellence and will play a key part in expanding the Christmas Display Solutions – Hire Solutions division nationally.

You will act as the central point between our customers, sales activities, operations teams, and management, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while driving continued business growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys both winning business and coordinating operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

* Drive revenue growth across our expanding Hire Solutions division.
* Manage incoming sales enquiries and opportunities.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
* Follow up and convert sales opportunities.
* Generate new business through marketing-generated leads, networking, referrals, industry relationships, and direct outreach.
* Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
* Manage key accounts and maximise repeat business opportunities.
* Achieve agreed sales and performance targets.

National Operations & Resource Planning

* Coordinate installation and dismantle schedules across Australia.
* Plan and allocate installation teams, contractors, vehicles, equipment, and resources.
* Manage workforce capacity and scheduling during peak seasonal periods.
* Monitor project timelines and operational milestones.
* Coordinate logistics to maximise efficiency and resource utilisation.
* Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Customer & Project Management

* Act as a key point of contact throughout the customer journey.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and communication.
* Manage project expectations and delivery outcomes.
* Resolve customer and operational issues promptly and professionally.

Leadership & Performance

* Maintain CRM systems and sales reporting.
* Monitor pipeline performance and forecasting.
* Assist in improving operational systems and processes.
* Support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of the Hire Solutions division.

Success in this Role

You will be measured on:

* Overall contribution to the growth of the Hire Solutions division.

About You

You are a highly organised and commercially focused professional who enjoys balancing sales success with operational excellence.

* Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Operations Management, or Project Coordination.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Experience managing resources, scheduling, or workforce allocation.
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities.
* A customer‐focused mindset.
* The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Experience within events, retail services, logistics, commercial installations, project management, hire businesses, facilities management, or related industries will be highly regarded.
