What is the opportunity?
This new role will be hands-on role in owning business systems and driving the delivery of group wide system-related initiatives. This role combines business analysis, application support, governance, and delivery coordination, with a clear focus on turning business needs into implemented outcomes.
Working closely with business stakeholders and application providers, this role is accountable for analysing requirements, shaping practical solutions, and leading the end-to-end delivery – from initial concept to go-live and benefits realisation. The role ensures systems remain reliable, well-controlled, and aligned with operational priorities and internal control standards as the organisation evolves.
What skills are we looking for?
* Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role, with the ability to own system initiatives end‑to‑end.
* Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of system delivery, from requirements through to implementation and benefits realisation.
* Hands‑on experience working with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance systems).
* Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, process analysis, and identifying opportunities to automate or streamline processes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to build strong relationships across business teams.
* Ability to work effectively with external vendors, challenge deliverables, and coordinate system fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
* Experience providing application support (Level 1–2) and resolving issues, including root‑cause analysis.
What experience are we looking for?
* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
* Experience working with cloud environments (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS)– preferably Oracle cloud.
* Demonstrated proficiency in updating internal systems and procedures.
* Experience configuring or administering business applications, such as workflows, permissions, and reporting.
* Understanding of internal controls and audit requirements, with the ability to ensure system changes align with governance standards.
* Experience coordinating small–medium system initiatives, including defining scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies including system implementation, testing, and UAT.

Our office is just a short walk from Victoria Cross and North Sydney Stations. You'll begin with 5 days a week onsite, before shifting to a balanced 3‑day in‑office hybrid arrangement as per our policy.
