A growing retail SME with a global presence, specialising in the sports sector are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate Accounts Officer to join the dynamic team.
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately process and reconcile all incoming funds from multiple bank accounts and e-commerce platforms.
* Manage B2C and B2B transactions, including customer setup, raising sales orders, invoicing, and reconciling accounts.
* Ensure correct stock movements for returns and exchanges, and verify shipments across multiple global warehouses.
* Support initiatives to improve efficiency through ERP (SAP B1) and e-commerce platform integrations.
* Maintain accurate debtor ledgers and perform monthly reconciliations with the general ledger.
What you'll need to succeed
* Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related Finance field.
* Experience in accounts receivable or transaction processing.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred).
* Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage high transaction volumes.
