We are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join our financial planning practice based in Midland. About the Role
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and client service support to our advisers, ensuring the smooth delivery and implementation of advice while maintaining high compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide full administrative support to advisers
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to general enquiries
* Prepare documentation for client appointments and follow up on action items
* Maintain accurate client records and support compliance processes
* Implement financial advice and assist with ongoing client requirements
* Update and liaise with Centrelink as required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Several years' experience as a Client Service Officer within the financial planning industry
* Strong working knowledge of financial planning software (preferably AdviserLogic)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Copilot
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* Strong understanding of compliance requirements
* Centrelink knowledge and experience
* A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and improve systems and processes
* Australian work rights required for this position
