We are currently seeking a motivated Full Time Administration Sales Support / Estimator to join our team based in Townsville Qld.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Download tender documents and schedules
2. Identify items the company can supply
3. Send schedules to suppliers
4. Follow up with suppliers for quotes
5. Enter items into Great Plains, including special pricing and margins
6. Provide completed quotes to sales reps and customers
7. Maintain strong product knowledge
8. Maintain professional contact with stakeholders
9. Follow security procedures
What we require:
- Previous experience in a similar role or strong retail sales experience
- CRM experience is desirable but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
