About the Role
* Permanent, full-time opportunity across Newcastle and nearby regions
* Work alongside a second representative to jointly grow territory performance
* Sell prescription respiratory pharmaceutical products to GPs and pharmacies
* Meet call rate targets and KPIs while building strong customer relationships
* Use data to guide decisions and focus on key customers for maximum impact
* Champion excellence in customer experience and patient outcomes
* Utilise a blended approach including in-person interactions and virtual engagement
* Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve or exceed territory targets
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a pharmaceutical representative or alternatively you may be a pharmacist, or a science grad / nurse with some sales experience looking to enter the pharmaceutical industry
* Tertiary qualifications in science, business, or health
* Customer-focused and results-driven with strong attention to detail
* Strategic mindset open to innovation and change
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a partner
* Positive attitude and collaborative team player
