Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of experts to deliver operating efficiencies for corporate customers through access to working capital solutions, embedded payments, and data to automate payment processing.
* Drive volume and revenue growth in large market corporate and purchasing cards.
* Develop and own the strategy to grow card revenue, including new industry verticals and large ticket programs.
* Educate the market on our strategy and opportunities.
* Execute on the growth commitment for card revenue.
* Provide feedback and influence commercial product owners to adapt products for the target market.
* Identify, nurture, and win new commercial deals and revenue growth opportunities.
* Lead role in institutional issuer RFPs.
* Contribute to growing Commercial Services revenue through solution selling.
Requirements:
* 10 years or more experience at top-tier financial institutions, consulting firms, or payments networks where you have developed and executed against sales and product strategies.
* A proven record of accomplishment of success with evidence of supporting high-performance teams.
* Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
* The ability to translate analytics into market insights and actionable plans.
* Keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
