We're looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Yatala.

What You'll Be Doing
* Efficiently manage & direct all aspects of workshop operations
* Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customer base
* Drive key performance outcomes including productivity, efficiency, rework, WIP and billing cycle
* Provide leadership, guidance & training to the service team
* Continuously develop & implement strategies to improve maintenance & service effectiveness
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* Has extensive experience in a management role within a heavy machinery workshop environment
* Can build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and leadership
* Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
* Has financial management experience, including budgets
* Can evaluate operations and adapt to changing needs
* Is safety conscious, solutions‐focused, and ready to grow
* Is a proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
