Sales Engineer/ NSW&ACT/ $120-130k plus Home-Based Field $ Uncapped Comms $20K Car Allowance This is your shot at a high-impact sales role that doesn’t just tick boxes — it builds careers. Step into a key position with a global HVAC leader known for pioneering next-gen, oil-free chiller technology. These are engineering-led products, built to meet the toughest demands in data centres, healthcare, education, and infrastructure — and they need a technically sharp sales pro who can translate complex systems into smart commercial wins. If you’re a mechanical engineer (by degree or experience) who’s comfortable talking shop with consultants and contractors, but also thrives in the fast-moving world of sales — you’ll love this gig. You’ll take charge of NSW and ACT, working from home and out in the field, backed by a senior team member in your state and supported by a company that invests in its people and pushes hard for growth. What You’ll Be Doing Own and grow a territory with serious upside across NSW and ACT Translate complex mechanical solutions into clear, compelling value for clients Partner with consultants, mechanical contractors, and end users on specs and system design Lead end-to-end sales — from opportunity through to project pricing and close Represent a market-leading HVAC range including air handling units and modular chillers Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tech, and project pipelines Attend national and international product launches, events, and trade shows What You’ll Bring 3 years of HVAC or mechanical systems sales Strong foundation in mechanical engineering (degree highly regarded) Solid understanding of chillers, compressors, and energy efficiency principles Confident communicator who can influence technically and commercially Self-driven with a structured, proactive sales approach NSW/ACT market knowledge and relationships (or the drive to build them fast) Current driver’s license and willingness to travel across the territory What You’ll Get $120K base salary high-earning potential through uncapped commission $20K car allowance fully expensed fuel card and tolls Work from home with regional support and a national team behind you Access to some of the most advanced HVAC tech on the market Exposure to global innovations and real career-building opportunities A high-performance culture where effort is seen, supported, and rewarded This isn’t a role for just any sales rep.
