True Foods is on the search for Sanitation & Cleaning Team Members to work alongside our Weekend Production Team to ensure our site is "Audit Ready" at all times - meeting HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards.
Hours of work:
* Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 9am to 9pm (12hr shifts)
What you'll be doing:
* Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising production equipment, facilities and work areas in line with a structured cleaning program
* Dismantling and reassembling production equipment for detailed cleaning
* Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
* Following food safety, health and safety, and quality standards at all times
* Collaborating with team members to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout site
What we're looking for:
* Previous cleaning or sanitation experience (manufacturing or food environments highly regarded, but not essential)
* A good level of physical fitness — this is an active, hands-on role involving 12-hour shifts on your feet
* Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
* Reliability, motivation and the ability to work independently when required
* A safety-first mindset with strict adherence to OHS procedures
* Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals is an advantage
* Availability to work Friday–Sunday shifts
* Must be available to work weekend shifts only (Friday to Sunday)
