About OSHClub Belgrave South

About the role.

This permanent, part-time role offers 29 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, you'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

* You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
* You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
* With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
Strong communication skills—you'll be leading by example!
A team player who inspires others and encourages growth.
You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Australian work rights.
A relevant qualification to work in Outside of School Hours Care (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
