This is not your standard aged care role. As our Manual Handling Trainer and Mobile Clinical Support Clinician, you’ll take ownership of delivering practical, high-energy training sessions while providing flexible clinical support across Sydney. It’s a role built on variety, responsibility, and adaptability, perfect for someone who enjoys leading from the front and stepping into different environments with confidence. You’ll be backed by a supportive team and trusted to deliver real impact where it matters most. You’ll deliver two structured components of the Physiotherapy service for our aged care partners in this role: Deliver Manual Handling Training You will be responsible for delivering on-site training with a focus on creating a practical, hands-on and engaging experience where participants are challenged to complete tasks and demonstrate their knowledge of manual handling. This will span both residential aged care and home care specific competencies. Mobile Clinical Support Flexible hours around delivery of training to provide coverage across our Sydney aged care facilities to support our regular onsite clinicians. This will extend from covering leave to temporary gaps - requiring adaptability and strong communication to be able to confidently step into different environments, while maintaining Guide’s clinical standards Culture People love working here because we’re fun, flexible and creative.
