* Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment is advantageous.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software.
* Current practicing certificate (if required for the role).
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
