Change Management Professional - Defence Projects
We are seeking a Change Management Professional to support the delivery of Defence projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive transformation in Defence projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess organisational readiness for change;
* Develop and implement tailored change management plans to ensure successful delivery of multinational interoperability outcomes;
* Monitor and track adoption metrics to inform adjustments to change plans;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in leading change across large-scale Defence ICT programs;
* Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, including Defence leadership and international counterparts;
* Strong understanding of interoperability challenges and multinational coordination.
