Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role:
Territory : HOPE ISLAND and surrounds
Hours : Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)
Availability : Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday availability is essential ; flexibility for Monday and Thursday is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
* Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
* Pricing and ticketing compliance
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
* Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail environment is highly desirable
* Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
* Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
