Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a diverse range of commercial construction projects across Northern NSW. This is a full-time position requiring a high-calibre individual with a strong track record of on-site experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes.
* Be responsible for coordinating trades onsite.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner to maintain our strong reputation.
* Participate in regular WHS inspections and injury/incident investigations and maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
* Review, understand, and have input to all subcontractor and supplier scope of works.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional who can lead and motivate team members. The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years experience in a similar role.
* Relevant trade background and competencies.
* Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
* A person who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-driven.
* Good computer/mobile device skills for daily use of programs & apps.
