Regional Sales Leader

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can drive commercial growth across the Australia & New Zealand region.

This is a full-time position requiring candidates to be based in Australia. We are seeking a sales leader who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and drive commercial activity across the ANZ region.
* Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and consistently exceed annual recurring revenue targets.
* Build strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and OT/Engineering leaders.
* Drive land-and-expand motions across critical infrastructure and industrial sectors.


Pipeline Generation & Growth Strategies

* Generate qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting.
* Develop multi-year account strategies and expand existing business.
* Present compelling business value aligned to compliance, resilience, and risk reduction.


Partner & Channel Engagement Opportunities

* Co-sell with regional partners, SIs, MSSPs, and engineering firms.
* Support partner enablement and joint account planning.


Market Representation & Collaboration

* Represent the company at key industry and cybersecurity events.
* Collaborate closely with SE, CS, Product, and Marketing teams.
* Provide market insights to support regional and global strategy.
