Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team on the Baiada Hanwood Administration & Amenities Building project in Griffith, NSW.
Project Overview
This circa $70M project will deliver:
* Administration offices, meeting and training spaces
* Staff canteen, kitchen and lunchroom facilities
* Gymnasium and wellbeing spaces
* Amenities including lockers, showers and change rooms
* External courtyards and breakout areas
About The Role
As a Contracts Administrator at RCC, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project through effective contract management, subcontractor administration and commercial support across the full project lifecycle.
* Administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts
* Managing variations, progress claims and contract documentation
* Assisting with procurement and tender processes
* Monitoring contractual compliance and project riskLiaising with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
* Supporting forecasting, reporting and cost control processes
* Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with claims management and project closeout procedures
About You
We're looking to speak with candidates who have:
* Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the construction industry
* Exposure to commercial, industrial, education or large-scale building projects
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Sound understanding of construction contracts and contract administration principles
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
* Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Building qualifications
