CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER KALGOORLIE – FULL TIME
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of our busy Kalgoorlie airport and town location.

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the business and for providing direction, support, and leadership to the team. Given your experience, you will be able to:
* Develop procedures for the effective operation of the location.
* Be able to problem‐solve and quickly resolve issues in accordance with processes and procedures.
* Quickly be across all aspects of the business.
* Be a confident person and accountable.
To be considered for this position you should demonstrate previous management experience in a customer‐service environment and possess excellent communication and time‐management skills.
You will be required to:
* Ensure all customer expectations are met, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and resolve any complaints.
* Manage and supervise staff, location, and fleet.
* Train and mentor staff.
* Coordinate and delegate work to ensure efficient completion.
* Liaise with suppliers and repairers, negotiating contracts and pricing.
* Liaise with head office about location operations.
* Manage the location finances and prepare budget and financial reporting monthly and as required.
* Monitor and analyse sales and financial data.
* Coordinate staff rostering, including annual leave, across all sites.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Ensure compliance with all OHS processes, procedures and legislation.
* Build the business by marketing and promoting the location, attracting new business and retaining existing clients.
