Supply Chain & Operations Analyst (Ag Machinery)

On-Trac Ag is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain & Operations Analyst to support our end-to-end supply chain functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and keeping operations running smoothly—from sales order management through to logistics coordination and deal administration.
Position Purpose
The Supply Chain & Operations Analyst plays a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable movement of product across our network. You will combine analytical capability with hands‑on operational support, helping On‑Trac Ag maintain strong fulfilment performance, optimise stock levels, and enhance service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Process Optimisation
Analyse supply chain, inventory, and logistics data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain KPIs related to order fulfilment, inventory turnover and freight performance.
Support demand planning and forecasting for seasonal and market-driven agricultural product needs.
Conduct root‑cause analysis to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end sales order process with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with our service and parts departments and our freight partners to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
Maintain high data accuracy in DMS system and uphold internal control requirements.
Monitor and report on order status, backlogs, and service levels across markets.
Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain functions with business objectives.
Support vendor performance tracking, including freight and warehousing partners.
Contribute to supplier and operational relationship management.
Skills & Experience
Knowledge & Skills
Experience in a supply chain, operations, or logistics support role—agriculture, or industrial sectors advantageous.
Strong understanding of order fulfilment processes, warehouse coordination, and transport logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DMS considered an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supply chain or operations role.
