THE ROLE
This position is responsible for providing education and account support to the healthcare professionals utilising Activated Probiotics and Activated Therapeutics. The accounts include pharmacies and varied healthcare practitioners. Biome Australia has built a reputation for delivering the highest quality education on probiotic science and research. The national team of practitioner education consultants provides education and training directly to the accounts within their relevant territories. This role also supports accounts to grow and develop their relationship with Activated Probiotics and Activated Therapeutics.
Primarily focusing in Adelaide, this territory includes some regional areas, which will be serviced through planned country trips.
KEY COLLABORATIONS
Commercial manager; regional manager, national team of practitioner and education consultants and territory managers; director of education.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing effective training and education to pharmacists, practitioners and appropriate staff
* Developing strong relationships and partnerships within our practitioner and pharmacy channels
* Planning territory education and activities
* Managing and monitoring accounts to ensure expectations and targets are met
* Achievement of set territory training, sales, distribution, and cycle objective targets
* Proactively identifying, nurturing and managing Activated Probiotics advocates
* Attending educational and other evening meetings that are considered part of daily activities
* Some travel and nights away from home are required for seminars, functions and country trips
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
* A passion for microbiome science
* 3+ years of experience as a territory manager/account manager/practitioner educator
* Healthcare qualification (preferable)
* Excellent human physiology knowledge
* Confidence in providing highly technical education
* Excellent relationship development and maintenance
* IT literacy
* Proven ability to grow business within an account
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Valid Australian driver's license
