Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 50 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our vibrant Dundas Service.
About the Role — This full-time position (Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 6:00 pm on a rotating roster) offers opportunities to create meaningful learning experiences aligned with our service philosophy and to support fellow educators in building strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Support the team of educators and teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
* Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
* Follow Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations.
* Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
* Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our service's professional identity.
About you
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation.
* Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Preferred).
* Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid).
* Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices.
