Grosvenor Engineering Group have an exciting role and opportunity for Customer Account Manager – Fire looking to join the team and work out of our office in Canberra. The role will see you leading our fire services team and driving our customer service with our existing client base, whilst also actively seeking new opportunities for growth, and sharing your extensive technical knowledge within theFire Services Industry.

Job Description
The Role:
* Become the face of the Grosvenor fire business, building relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Act as a subject matter expert to effectively guide technicians and subbies on any issues that arise.
* Lead fortnightly toolbox meetings embodying the Grosvenor culture of Homesafe and innovation.
* Assist with the growth of our Fire Service division throughout the ACT region.
* Carry out project audits annually and assist to digitise and present information to Clients.
* Comply with customer/client requirements imposed on Grosvenor which may apply to performing your work at their site.
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
* Confidence in communicating with stakeholders across all levels and backgrounds.
* Minimum of 3 years as a Customer Account Manager or Minor works manager with a proven ability in managing high profile fire maintenance contracts including compliance, quoting & minor project works.
* Previous experience managing minor dry and wet fire project works.
* Proven ability to mentor, coach and develop your team.
* Demonstrable emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
* A strong knowledge of AS1851-2012, AS1670, AS2118 and other industry relevant Australian Standards.
* Tertiary education in Frontline Management would be an advantage.
