HR Manager - Luxury Hospitality
This role will be responsible for shaping team culture and driving employee engagement in a luxury hotel brand located in Gold Coast City. The position is full-time and requires the development of strategies to attract top talent.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and implement effective recruitment plans to source high-calibre candidates.
* Develop and maintain HR processes that promote fair treatment of employees, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on HR metrics and employee engagement.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement company-wide policies and procedures.
