Job Overview

The role of a Portfolio Relationship Manager is to maintain high standards of service delivery for a dedicated portfolio of clients.


Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver products in line with client business needs.
* Provide clients with real-time updates on product and service-related matters.
* Identify improvements in systems and processes and assist with implementing changes for internal teams and clients.


Requirements:

* Experience within a customer-facing environment.
* Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong client focus with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions.
* Experience with digital platforms, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and D365.


About the Opportunity:

* This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive remuneration package.
* The role involves a hybrid working arrangement with 4 days in office and 1 day from home per week.
