Key Responsibilities
As a leader in our operations team, you will be responsible for enhancing embedded practice across multiple services. You will implement our way of programming, safety, quality and compliance. Your focus will be on coaching and mentoring your teams with a view to improvement and the cascading of knowledge.
You will have responsibility across rostering, financial management and engagement of communities. Critical reflection and planning will support increases in child outcomes in service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving capability, developing their team and unlocking everyone's potential.
* Previous experience in OSHC or childcare industry required.
* Experience as an Area Manager highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations essential.
* Knowledge of National Law & Regulation and National Quality Standard also required.
What We Are Looking For
We want someone who has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change. A completed qualification approved by ACECQA and current first aid certification are mandatory. You will also need a driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region.
