* This role plays a vital part in maintaining the welfare of our fish stock, ensuring their health and well-being through daily routine tasks and efficient completion of checklists and paperwork.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience or an interest in fin fish husbandry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working independently and collaboratively within a team environment, upholding workplace health and safety, and communicating effectively with management and team members.
The role involves various responsibilities, including:
1. Performing daily routine tasks efficiently and to a high standard;
2. Maintaining accurate records and completing daily checklists and paperwork;
3. Fish feeding;
4. Mort collection;
5. Flushing systems;
6. Monitoring water quality and completing associated documentation;
7. Upholding workplace health and safety.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience or an interest in fin fish husbandry;
* Wader training (or willingness to obtain);
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain);
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement;
* Commitment to safety, wellbeing and ongoing learning.
