The Position
* Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
* Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
* Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
* Stock control and rotation as laid out in site procedures
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
The Person
* Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
* Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
* Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
* Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
* Positive attitude and with a view to progressing in a culinary career
